I think Longman has a good on for OT

I have used this before, Best Commentaries | Old and New Testament Bible Commentary reviews, ratings, and prices. It's actually pretty nice to see all that's out there. Has a way to see if commentaries are more technical or pastoral. (Not trying to stir anyone up here, the distinction is blurred I am sure.)
