Spider Veins

Random question, but I've noticed this past year, little veins or blood vessels in my legs standing out as red/purple. I've never noticed them prior to this, but I don't recall paying attention. I have very pale skin, and I'm 31 years old. So maybe this is why they are more visible and my age is when many people start to see them. Do any of you have them? Did you start seeing them when you were around my age?

The only person I've asked is my wife, so I'm not too sure what to think. She doesn't appear to have any. I'm really just wondering if this is normal.

Are you overweight? Maybe that's part of the problem.

Most of my life, no. The past few years I've gotten up to about 30 pounds overweight, but now back to normal.

You seem a bit young for that. Do you do a lot of standing/work on your feet?
