What are good sources (preferably available without a need to purchase) that state objections to one or another aspect of covenant theology in a concise and clear way? (Please note, I'm not asking for cogent objections; I understand that may be rather hard to find.) I would like to find the best expressions of the common objections.

From whom? Dispensationalists?

A google search turns up this.

McWilliams had an article in WTJ (early 90s I think), that interacted with recent criticisms. For the critics themselves you will want something from the Torrances. Thomas Torrance's Scottish Theology. There is an article from James Torrance in the Scottish Journal of Theology in the early 80s. There was also a piece in a volume of collected essays on Calvin. I have them in photocopy but someone might be able to access them digitally. Otherwise, for something readily available (but not recent) C. G. McCrie's volume on the Confessions of the Church of Scotland was critical. That should be on archive. And I just remembered an article in Perichoreses (perhaps 90s) that wasn't brilliant but was accurate enough in its analysis of John Murray and James Torrance. I will have to look for that one.

Thanks, Charles. From anyone who states them clearly and concisely!

Thanks, Matthew, that's very helpful.

If you don't have this work, it's well worth it:

Chapter 23 has a good overview of the contemporary scholarship on CT, with a strong section dealing with N.T. Wright.
