I need some help with a Sunday School idea I have.
During the month of August we take a break in our regular Sunday School and hold a series of special events and activities.
One of the ideas I had was to have a "family day" when all the familes would come together in one SS class to be taught. I was thinking about inviting in an outside speaker, but I've been struggling with how to present the idea so it makes sense. The topic I've been fiddling with is "Strengthing the Family in the Covenant Community". The desire is to build up and encourage families to see them as an important building block of the covenant. The presentation must be appropriate for all age levels.
If anyone can suggest an outline, materials, or even a speaker, it would be much appreciated.
