Greetings brothers and sisters,

I would greatly appreciate any recommendations for resources dealing specifically with improving the quality of teaching and techniques for facilitating group discussion within the context of a Sunday School or a small group study? I've done some internet searching and haven't found many resources that specifically focus on educating teachers to better their teaching. Any recommendations are appreciated.
