That is Gary Demar. Solid. As a post mill he leans toward theonomics, but he is a solid Reformed believer.

Gary De Mar seems too cozy with the Hyper-preterists for my tastes. However, he does offer insights into a Biblical world view that are not offered in abundance elsewhere.
