Depends how rich . For the record, I am a Republican. I just know that not everyone can afford 10 percent, that's my ultimate point. Personally, if I were to win the lottery, not that I gamble anyway, I'd be in a hurry to give away most of it. Not because I'm so wonderful, but because I know whom I belong to and wouldn't want too much money to hold me back.
