Top 5 on Forgiveness?

A friend of a friend is wondering if these books on forgiveness are reliable.

My Top 5 Books on Forgiveness | Christianity Today

I haven't read any of them, so it's difficult for me to be as dogmatic as I would like. Please help.

I am not up on all the newer books on the topic. The one Randy suggests is one of the best I have ever read. I also have recommended it many times on the PB.

It might be a little difficult to get through, but I would still recommend The Forgiveness of Sin by John Owen.
