What a terribly said reflection on this great city where I was born and claim as hometown! So different from my childhood days!

You have to read pretty far into it to see how they are taking liberties with the statistics to further an agenda.

"ranked Harris County first in per-capita alcohol-related deaths among 10 of the nation’s most populous counties " - number one out of the 10 most populous counties, not number 1 out of all counties.

And don't skim over this: "Houston’s DWI task force receives about $480,000 a year in grants to pay overtime for officers to catch and process drunken drivers".

But should this be in P&G? Or are we just going to discuss media bias?
