I just read a quote somewhere from some guy who's an Emeritus Professor of Meat Science at Iowa State University!

Now I know I've missed my true calling! My life has been totally wasted! I...I could have been a Professor of Meat Science somewhere. But - alas and alack - at 58, it's too late for me now...

Don't you just hate it when you get an epiphany like this too late in life?

What is the problem Elder Zuelch? Won't your false teeth hang with the steak? You probably have another 40 years on lease unless your recall comes in a bit sooner. That is plenty of time.
