Indeed. Book 10 was the worst. But I’m still in danger of stalling out, even though it’s gotten better. It’s just hard to pick it up when there’s other stuff I want to read

I'm thinking that book might be a compilation of some of his chapters from his published books, and I searched for it and only found one used copy. I have a feeling it's from maybe the 1980s so it might be very hard to get. But this link has all of his works for free.

If you enjoy reading about Venice you should check out Thomas Madden's history of Venice. One of the most interesting books I've ever read.
