I have gone to a couple of free online universities (NationsUniversity, and United Christian Church and Bible Institute) that offer substantial courses for their degrees.
The thing is that they do not teach from a Reformed position.
Has anyone thought of starting a completely free online Reformed university to grant degrees?
I looked into it by contacting the dept. of ed. in my state (PA). PA is very strict, one of the more difficult requirements would be at least a $500,000 endowment.
Anyway, i know there are other states that allow for religious exemption.
