John Whitecross and the Bible Presbyterian Church's WSC Project

I've never heard of this project. Apparently, Whitecross has written a book associated with it. Is anyone familiar with it?

That WSC Project has been up on the web for at least ten years.

Whitecross was an early 19th century Scottish teacher. Not sure if he was ordained.
