is this ok?

Hey JD,

remuneror is actually a verb form of the word. Online translation tools can be pretty worthless sometimes. You want the substantive form here:

silentium est praemium nostrum

Also, it's very common in Latin to put the attributive adjective/personal pronoun after the noun.

Also, for your second phrase, negotium is a better choice than res, which literally means "thing."

negotium vestrum est negotium nostrum

Or, if you want to use the singular form of the second person possessive pronoun instead of the plural, perhaps to give it a more personal feel:

negotium tuum est negotium nostrum
