Well Ladies and Gents,

Some of you may remember a post I had regarding the difficulty of choosing to worship in an OPC Church vs my Membership PCA church which is a long distance from my home. Well MOOT point now as I accepted a job offer with my company in Austin, TX and will be moving there within about 2 weeks.

So a brand new Church Search begins. Oh and by the way for Scott and others my Pastors response was simply outstanding as he encouraged us to unite with a church which was closer to us and wanted he and our Elder to pray about God's Will to be done. However with the NEW news he is even more elated as he knows we wanted to make this move for some time as it is where my wife's family resides.

So any personal recommendations for Worship in the Cedar Park, Round Rock, Pflugerville area is welcomed?

I know it's a long way from Austin, but if I was living in that area (I've lived in Texas before), I would make the trip to Kerrville to visit the Reformation Presbyterian Church.

Wayne, I looked around on the net for churches in the area you are going to and as far as Presbyterian churches it look pretty slim. Saw some PC(USA), one with a woman pastor.

Thought that was against the law in church....

If it isn't it should be!

Well Ivan from my research I've found 2 Churches really close to where I'll be residing, one is an OPC Church which meets in Pflugerville, TX in the Morning and then a group of folks from Cedar Park meet in the Evening. This Church is Pastored by Dr Allan Story. The other Option is Crosspointe PCA. There are other PCA options further away. My Wife and I will be praying that we find one which brings honor and glory to our God.

Check the PCA church directory website. There is a PCA church that meets around the UT area. I have heard good things about it from other brothers at WTS Dallas.
