This isnt accurate. PacMan doesnt mind a blood test at the press conference or right after the fight. What he minds is the Olympic testing standard Mayweather wants for this fight. Which implies random blood testing. Pacman says that the removal of blood makes him weaker. Whatever the case, the Pacman camp is outraged because this is the first time the mayweather camp has asked for this type of testing for a fight.

Mayweather has never fought a name fighter until they were well past their prime (Dela Hoya, Judah, Gati, Hatton). PacMan is fighting at his peak and Money Mayweather wants a way out of the fight. PacMan would win by KO.
