Question for Reformed Baptists

Apparently, Earl Blackburn is no longer pastor of Trinity Reformed Baptist Church in La Mirada, California. I used to run across him fairly frequently, especially at the Banner of Truth conferences here in California (before those ceased).

Does anyone know the story? Did he retire, move on to another congregation, or what? I know he had a bout with cancer a few years ago, so I'm hoping that didn't return.

Anybody know?

Earl left the big city and moved back to his beloved southern roots. He's pastor at this church:

He tired of the city, but stayed on until a suitable replacement could be found. Arden Hodgins, his replacement, originally came from our church.

Earl preached at our church a few months ago. He looks well these days.
