Software Agreements

This might be a silly question, while downloading software to fix my Task Manager those agreements keep coming up to accept so you can use their program.

My question is does anyone really read all the agreement before they click accept?

I occasionally skim them.

I don't usually read them because I'm not terribly worried about getting punished for violating them. I suppose that's a poor attitude to take though.

Corporations put language in agreements and contracts all the time that aren't binding or can't be enforced in court so I'm generally not worried about much of what I read in them.
